Community Service Hours Submission

Community service is an essential part of the mission and purpose of Men of Definition, Inc. Through Men of Definition (MOD) and Women of Definition (WOD), members are expected to demonstrate the organization’s principles of Guidance • Leadership • Community through meaningful service, civic engagement, outreach, and positive contributions to their communities.

This form serves as the official method for members to report and document community service activities completed in support of the mission and values of the organization. Members should provide complete and accurate information regarding each service activity and upload appropriate documentation verifying their participation.

All submitted service hours are subject to review, verification, and approval by the appropriate organizational leadership. Submission of hours does not automatically constitute approval. Members are expected to uphold the organization's standards of integrity, service, excellence, and accountability when reporting service activities.

One submission should be completed for each service activity.
